Our Delivery Process
Step 1: We receive your order
It is extremely important to ensure that all of the contact information provided on the order with the associated Paypal account is accurate. If your contact information and delivery address is not accurate, please contact us with the correct information at info@mjwservices.com.
Step 2: We schedule your delivery
Within 24-36 hours (usually 12 hours) of receiving your order notification, we will call you to schedule a 3-5 hour time window for delivery. Scheduling 3-5 hour delivery time windows are essential to account for any delivery delays that may arise such as traffic, weather conditions, or an extraordinarily busy day at our retail location.
Step 3: We select your items
Based on each specific order received, our expert staff members will personally select each of your items with the goal of meeting your expectations of the ‘perfect’ tree from our current fresh stock available.
Step 4: We deliver your order
Upon delivery, if there are any issues with your order or you are displeased in any way, please let your delivery crew know and contact us right away and we will do our best to rectify the issue. It is our priority to address any questions or concerns you have regarding your order as promptly as possible to guarantee your satisfaction with our products and service.
